With our in-house formulation team, we can deliver almost any liquid or powder product based on guidance from the customer. Whether you have an exact formula, a general idea of what product qualities you desire, or you'd just prefer us to reverse engineer an existing product, we have your back. In addition to helping our clients with product development we also have several proprietary and game-changing formulas we have developed in-house with our R&D partners. These proprietary products include micelle encapsulated all-natural insect repellent, hygiene spray, pre/pro-biotic shampoo and conditioner, powder dry shampoo and body wash and liquid hand soap.
Our 3 state-of-the-art, fully automated lines can produce any size/viscocity product ranging from DIY bulk (1 gallon) to travel sizes and samples (5ml). We can batch up to 2,000 gallons/day and depending on the size of the product we can fill up to 6,000 units/hour or 40,000 units/day. We also have dry product filling lines that are FDA approved to fill capsules, edible powder products and non-aerosol dry shampoo. Our current equipment allows us to produce 90,000 capsules/hour.
There is no packaging configuration we cannot accommodate in the space. In addition to our high speed, single- or double-sided labelling, with our high-capacity heat-tunnel we are able to shrink band, safety seal or wrap label and bottle. For chipboard or corrugated boxes, we can design, produce and pack any and all customer facing cartons as well as shipping inner and master cases.
At the customer's discretion, we can handle all shipping of products directly to the end-user. We have extensive experience and contacts in the freight space and can handle the process from beginning to end.
